At ManeVac, we stand by the quality and durability of our beard care products. We are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and reliable grooming experience. That’s why we offer a 2-Year Warranty on our products

What’s Covered?

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This includes:
✅ Manufacturing defects
✅ Motor or blade malfunctions (for beard trimmers)
✅ Battery or charging issues
✅ Any functional failure that occurs under normal usage conditions

What’s Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover:
❌ Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling
❌ Normal wear and tear (such as blade dulling over time)
❌ Unauthorized repairs or modifications
❌ Damage due to water exposure beyond the product’s specified limits

How to Claim Your Warranty?

1. Contact our support team at hello@manevac.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
2. Our team will assess your claim and may request additional information or troubleshooting steps.
3. If approved, we will provide a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Additional Terms

• The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• ManeVac reserves the right to replace the defective product with an equivalent model if the original is no longer available.
• Shipping fees for warranty claims may apply depending on your location.
